The die-casting mold for the steel parts of the handle base is relatively easy to solve, but the plastic mold for the scabbard has technical content. In order to ensure the quality of the scabbard, the mold is made by a police When manufactured in a mold factory with qualified equipment, the working hours of more than two months are not long, but the process requiring high precision is cumbersome and complicated. After the main materials (steel, handle material), auxiliary materials (sheath webbing, buckles, screws...), and molds are arranged, the knife body production process begins. We all know that the fit between the handle and the keel edge of coated knives is difficult, because after the handle is installed, you cannot polish the areas where the fit between the handle and the keel is not good.
